Broken to Brave - Rachel Henry

This episode is a heavy one to join in on. Rachel Henry joins GraceStory Podcast to share her story and how gratitude and forgiveness has helped her along her journey of restoration. In 2014, three men broke into her house on a night when her husband, Simon was gone, robbed them, and raped Rachel. For the last four years, they've been on a journey of healing and hope. Rachel also describes the effectiveness of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with traumatic experiences in her therapy.
